Notes and Warnings
Minimum stay required:
- 2 nights from 30/05 to 21/06 and from 30/08 to 14/09
- 7 nights from 21/06 to 02/08 and from 23/08 to 30/08 with arrivals and departures possible only on Friday, Saturday or Sunday
- 14 nights from 02/08 to 23/08 and with arrivals and departures possible only on Friday, Saturday or Sunday
Rates include 10% VAT * reserved parking space, electricity, gas, cooking materials and crockery, bed linen, entrance to the swimming pool from 1st June (except in adverse weather conditions), from 14 June to 6 September professional animation with mini and junior club, baby dance, theme nights etc.). *Tourist tax is not included in the prices.*
** EXTRA TOURIST TAX: From 01/06 to 15/09 = €0.60 per person per night (up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights of stay), the tax is not applicable to children under 18 (subject to changes by municipal resolution).
Compulsory flat-rate cost for final accommodation cleaning: € 60.00 --- (N.B.: the kitchenette must be left clean and tidy; otherwise an extra €50.00 will be charged for cleaning).
